We recommend to use FedEx when shipping from USA. Please do not use UPS.
You will need to complete customs declaration form. Please include the following information;
Package content - “ Throttle Body-Used Automotive Engine Part”
Customs value - $10 US Dollars
Reason for export - “Repair and Return”
Country of manufacture - “USA” (Not Italy)
Protect the ETM with some bubble wrap and Styrofoam pellets. Inside please include the completed Order Form.
ETM units received by noon will be completed the same day and shipped out by 5pm.
Once your ETM is ready and tested, we will call you asking for the payment. Payments can be made by Visa or M/C.
A new ETM gasket is included with every shipment.
Total cost of the ETM upgrade is $599.00 Canadian dollars and return overnight shipping is included in the price.

You can now order our Exchanged ETM with software already preloaded. Simply provide us with your vehicle’s VIN number and we will preload the ETM with software that will match your car.
No software reloads. No trips to dealership. No expensive overnight shipping. No waiting. No paperwork.
Included with the Exchanged ETM is a brand new gasket, installation instructions and pre-paid return label. Once you have completed the installation , pack your old ETM back to the same box, affix provided pre-paid label and call FedEx for pick-up at your door step. As simple as that. Pre-paid returns are available in USA and Canada only.
To guarantee the software compatibility, your car must have the latest ETM recall software installed. Check with VCNA or your local dealer.
Exchanged ETM with software is $549.00 dollars and shipping (FedEx Ground) is included.
An additional core deposit of $100.00 dollars will be charged at the time of purchase and refunded when we receive the old ETM unit back.
